Welcome to Croft Luxury, a platform connecting guests with verified shortlet apartments and vacation homes in Nigeria. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Croft Luxury, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our platform or services.

2. Our Services

Croft Luxury provides a digital platform for booking and managing short-term stays. We connect guests with hosts who offer properties for rent. Croft Luxury is not a real estate agency or property owner — we serve as a facilitator between hosts and guests.

3. User Accounts

Users must create an account to book or list properties. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities under your account.

4. Booking & Payment

All bookings are made through the Croft Luxury platform or verified agents. Payments must be completed before check-in to confirm your reservation. We accept approved digital payment methods or bank transfers as specified on our platform. Service fees and taxes (if applicable) will be displayed before checkout.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Guests: Cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in qualify for a full refund, minus service fees.
• Hosts: Hosts may cancel only for valid reasons; repeated cancellations may result in suspension.
• Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

6. Guest Responsibilities

Guests must:

• Treat properties and items with care.
• Comply with house rules and local regulations.
• Avoid illegal activities or disturbances.
• Be responsible for any damages caused during their stay.

7. Host Responsibilities

Hosts must:

• Provide accurate property details, pricing, and availability.
• Ensure properties are clean, safe, and functional.
• Respect confirmed bookings and maintain communication with guests.

8. Liability

Croft Luxury acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for:

• Property conditions or amenities.
• Loss, theft, or damages occurring during a stay.
• Misrepresentations by hosts or guests.

Users agree to release Croft Luxury from any claims or liabilities arising from bookings made through the platform.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes should first be reported to our support team at support@croftluxury.com. We will mediate fairly between guests and hosts. If unresolved, disputes may be settled under Nigerian law.

10. Modifications

Croft Luxury reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
